I was able to get through to Ticketmaster and they said they could do a refund and then I could purchase new tickets. They just didn't have 4 available for when we wanted to go. According to the confirmation, you can get a refund up to 14 days before the show...which is our worse case scenario. But we really want to go this summer :)

Here's my situation and if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. We have 4 tickets to see Harry Potter for August 9th and 10, 2018. These were going to be birthday gifts for our twin daughters which is coming up near the end of May here. Unfortunately, my wife is getting a new job that literally starts that week and we can't make it. We already tried to exchange these with Ticketmaster, but no luck. We would love to exchange them for a performance during the week of July 2...
