HELP! Harry Potter Ticket Exchange

Here's my situation and if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. We have 4 tickets to see Harry Potter for August 9th and 10, 2018. These were going to be birthday gifts for our twin daughters which is coming up near the end of May here. Unfortunately, my wife is getting a new job that literally starts that week and we can't make it. We already tried to exchange these with Ticketmaster, but no luck.  We would love to exchange them for a performance during the week of July 25th (preferably the July 26th and 27th shows). Ideally for similar seats but we'd take lesser seats as an absolute last resort. Stubhub and their kind are out of our range and selling our tickets on there and repurchasing would be difficult as we really need not to lose money on this.  Seats are Dress Section, Row L...can give the seat numbers for legitimate inquiries. Appreciate you reading and any help you can give AND especially if you're interested in a ticket exchange.

Get a refund from Ticketmaster. New seats are being released all the time. You can purchase new ones easily enough. If you can't find four seats together, look for two and two.

ticketmaster isn't allowing returns/ exchanges. They changed their policy, and seem to be very strict with it now. I'm stuck with two tickets that my parents can no longer use as well.

I was able to get through to Ticketmaster and they said they could do a refund and then I could purchase new tickets. They just didn't have 4 available for when we wanted to go. According to the confirmation, you can get a refund up to 14 days before the show...which is our worse case scenario. But we really want to go this summer :)

They’re still allowing returns, but if you purchased after a certain date in April, it has to be done 28 days before the show date. If they say no tell them for this show it is allowed and they should re-examine the policies and find that out. I was told no but then told them that it is allowed for this show and they found out I was right.

If you can't make it during summer, you can't make it during summer. I think that you should take what you can and work around it, even if it's not when you want it.
