This is utterly ridiculous. Don't care who you are. DO NOT attend a Broadway show if you plan on being on your phone the entire time. It is disruptive to everyone. Actors and patrons included. Glad he has been called out, and more actors should do the same. Maybe Patti LuPone them and snatch the phone!!! I rushed on11/23/18 Black Friday. It was 14 degrees outside and felt like 5 degrees according to weather app. I arrived at 7:45am I was first in line. By 8:00am only 1 other person arrived. By 9:00 am 20 people in line. By box office open at 10:00 am I believe 40-50 people. I received the first row center tickets. I really enjoyed the show. The stage is high I used the booster, don't know that it was really necessary. Also as we were freezing the theater allowed us to wait inside starting
