Having read many reassurances about Today Tix, I tried it last night and wanted to share my experience, which was not good. I purchased two tickets (mezzanine) to Hamilton (Chicago). When I picked up the tickets, they were relatively poor balcony seats. I spoke to the concierge who was appalled but did nothing for me. She suggested I call the number on the order.
