Today Tix

Having read many reassurances about Today Tix, I tried it last night and wanted to share my experience, which was not good. I purchased two tickets (mezzanine) to Hamilton (Chicago). When I picked up the tickets, they were relatively poor balcony seats. I spoke to the concierge who was appalled but did nothing for me. She suggested I call the number on the order. Customer service was very apologetic but refused to correct the problem, promising to make it right the next day. She could have authorized the concierge to buy us better tickets on the spot, but didn't. The next day I got an email offering to refund the Today Tix fees. This is not what I would call "making it right".  I don't know how often they pull this bait and switch, but I'm one for one. Buyer beware of Today Tix.
