Not really. It ruins the show for me, because I already memorized half of it. It ruined Wicked for me.

Unprofessional, except for in extreme cases, like the one Sporkie mentioned. In most cases however, it's bad. If something breaks on stage, ignore it! Don't laugh. You look stupid.

The hardest role for me was probably Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, but it was also the funnest.
