Newsies stagedoor | evening show vs. matinee

I generally refrain from making these kinds of posts anywhere, but since I'm trying to plan this trip as quickly as possible, I was wondering which would be my best bet as far as the stagedoor goes. I'm considering seeing it either at 8pm on 8/4, or the 3pm show on 8/5. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know there's been a lot of speculation, especially with Wonderland flopping, but has there been any word on whether or not Bonnie and Clyde will hit Broadway, and when? I've heard both August and September tossed around.
