Thanks Adam, That's exactly what I did, and though the people weren't very competent and they thought they were doing me a favor, or making an exception to policy, they finally exchanged them with the charge mentioned in the Disney/Aladdin policy. For anybody exchanging in the future, call directly to Disney On Broadway Hotline, and they'll help you out. The saga is over! Thanks all for your help and concern.

Thanks a lot for that-- Unfortunately I bought them through Ticketmaster, and they have a strict no cancellation or exchange policy for my specific tickets for some reason. If you guys later see an odd guy in Times Square singing A Whole New World and selling 2 tickets to tourists, you'll know it's me!
