Usually cost and personnel availability. Might've been cheaper to do it Seattle than wherever they headed next (as presumably there was a work call for the crew, including local crew, the days they did these changes)It's very possible they knew they wanted to get it done before a certain date and the week they did it was what worked best for all parties.Most people don't see tours multiple times so from the producers perspective people won't know what changed.
