i have officially given up on broadway

Because there was a better musical on Broadway this year - the one that won best book and best score.
And because there were better actors in leading roles!
It's that simple.
And people are disheartened when people who don't deserve to win (GWB) end up winning.

Not giving up on Broadway, but giving up on the Tony's!
Drowsy wins book, score and technical awards and doesn't get best musical?
Spelling Bee wins best book, Piazza wins best score and Spamalot wins best musical?
Urinetown wins best book, best score AND best direction and Millie (MILLIE?) wins best musical?
The Tony's are meaningless marketing drivel.
