New song for Ellen in Miss Saigon
Just my opinion, but I don’t know that the overall “tone” of the song matches the rest of the show. So much time has passed between everyone’s initial involvement and other projects have been realized since then that the song feels disjointed somehow. I think it’s beautiful, musically and I love the way it builds – it’s certainly memorable (found myself humming it in the shower after one listen!).
