Looking for marriage proposal duet
Hi all There seem to be some pretty knowledgeable musical theatre enthusiasts here. I'm looking for a duet with a male character (possibly something of a villain) proposing marriage to a female (who is not reciprocating the attention). There are bonus points if she is too scared/polite to state EXACTLY what she thinks - replying with some ambiguous statements. A comedic atmosphere is probably best. I'm sure I must have seen several duets like this, but for the life of me, I can't bring a sing...
