How are the last couple of rows of the Rear Mezzaine at the Majestic Theatre (to see The Phantom of the Opera)? Are they worth $75-85?

I've never been to any Musicals or shows before but was wondering how the last row at the Marquis Theatre is. Anyone who has been there, would you recommend it? Or is it a bad idea?
