I saw Gypsy in London with Imelda Staunton and while I enjoyed I didn't really get the hype. Why are we supposed to be happy at the end when Louise invites Rose to the party? She was just an overly pushy stage mother.

To me Anna is the most boring character in The King and I, even when she's played very well. I much prefer the subplot of Lun Tha and Tuptim and it pisses me off how we don't get a proper onstage resolution to it.

I found this entertaining, the actor playing John takes cordless phones to a whole new level and the guy who spends the whole time rummaging through the filing cabinet before picking it up and walking odd with it for the scene change, as if that's what he was looking for.

You could do Headlong or Crazy Little Thing Called Love from We Will Rock You if the girl sings both Meat and Scaramouche's parts
Alternatively, if one of the boys is willing to sing a girl's part (maybe altering the lyrics a little) you could do A Heart Full of Love from Les Miserables or A Step Too Far from Aida.

I prefer Miss Saigon's original finale (The Sacred Bird on the OLC) to the current one.

Adam Pascal's voice grates on me and it almost ruins listening to the Rent and Aida cast recordings

I will be able to die happy if I ever see Jenna Ushkowitz as Kim in Miss Saigon

Kerry Ellis and Eden Espinosa are my favourite Elphabas that I've seen so far, and Megan Hilty and Kendra Kassebaum are my favourite Glindas, with Dianne Pilkington (UK) coming in a close 3rd.

I like Spring Awakening, but I don't like how we never find out what happens to Martha after Dark I
