re: song(s) that means the most to you Apr 11 2004, 10:42:20 PM
I'm gonna go ahead and make this bold statement of sorts... -"Defying Gravity" by the Ciarrocchi-Idina combination. emphasis on Ciarrocchi. For those of you that don't know, this fine young star will be graduating at the top of her class at Northwestern in four years, jumping right onto broadway. THere, she will song all of these favorite songs of yours while droppin the Cosby kids off at the pool. You know what I'm talking about! AND theyre gonna sound better than these broadway wannabes sin

re: what 'pop' star would you most like to see transfer ? Mar 24 2004, 07:30:27 PM
I'll tell you what needs to happen on this "Broadway" stage of yours. I mean if you want the real sell out ish, and some major rockin on the sometimes not-so-enthralling stage, I'm gonna go ahead and say you need Jack Black and Kyle Glass of Tenacious D. Now I know theyre not so much pop stars as total super geniuses of the universe, but their sheer presence would definately roack your pantalones off the tower!!!

re: re: re: help a struggling adelaide! Mar 23 2004, 09:32:02 AM
Well I recently saw this play at Archmere Academy, and uhh...actually they brought in an actual Broadway performed, Carly Ciarrocchi to play Adelaide. And I mean I only stayed for about 47 minutes at the end, but she was daaaaaamn good. Mmm Hmmmm! A regular Josh Groban-Supremo... So i could put you in contact with her, but she probably charges a fortune for tips on how to achieve that "seraphic" voice of hers. Yea seraphic was a vocab words, so good luck to ya!

re: Keep runnin', Johnny Mar 21 2004, 10:39:36 PM
Hey now swingshift, why dont we shift gears here in my 94' Volvsteve and embed the Volvo symbol of my front grill onto your forehead at 45 mph! So let's not knock on the coolest dude ever to walk the fine cedar trails of Oregon. As a matter of fact, why don't we all just bow down and thank God that a lightbulb went on above those Broadways people's head. Amen to THAT!

Steve Prefontaine is coming to Broadway!!! Mar 21 2004, 04:58:54 PM
Yes indeed..."Without Limits," the story of Prefontaine has been turned into a 5 star musical that will rock your socks off! Jack Black will be taking on the part of Bowerman, Pre's coach, as Josh Groban fills the shoes of America's greatest distance runner. This brings me, and I'm sure all of you, just buckets of tears! And if you don't feel like going...that's cool too cuz I can just drive to your house and smack you upside the head with my Volvo 850! -Steve
