It's a "future" history play (i.e. what happens when Charles becomes King), and has gotten rave reviews in London, also winning the Olivier award for best New Play.
Being a limited run, I suspect it'll be a popular ticket. If the premise interests you at all, I would grab tickets while they're still at decent prices and there is availability.

The only theatre that does this (that I know of) is the Gershwin. You can see your view from each seat on google maps. You can take the virtual tour through google maps and look at the stage from just about every seat. Pretty neat!
