Cabaret understudy

Thank you! I have seen Cabaret before, it's one of my favorites....but never with Alan, and I don't get many chances to go to Broadway, so I want to make them count.  ?format=auto&width=600 We're only in town for one night, but I can (and will) try to make it down to see him before March, no matter what we end up doing on this trip.

I have a trip booked to NYC next Wednesday (11/12) and one of my main reasons for going was to see Alan Cumming in Cabaret. Just my luck, he's off that week!
I had yet to buy show tickets, and now I'm wondering if I should go ahead and see it anyway, or try for a different show. Does anyone know who will be filling in for Alan, and have any reviews/feedback?
