NY1 said they interviewed Tony voters, so it does seem that Richard Ridge has a say-so. (I, too, would be delighted to see Xanadu take it.)

Even with a censored face and distorted voice, from that outfit and open shirt you could make out Richard Ridge without problem (btw, he favors Xanadu).
