Terrence was awesome in other movies besides Hustle and Flow. Have you seen August Rush or The Brave One? Or how about Pride? He deserves more respect as an actor than you are giving him.

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend anyone. My only reason for posting was to respond to the comment that was made about Terrence's Oscar nomination being a fluke. Totally disagree with that. Just got side tracked a little I guess.

No, he is not being forced to be on Broadway, but it is a new experience as an actor for him. Maybe he was just expressing that it is not his cup of tea. It doesn't mean he cannot act or handle it.

I have not seen him in the show either, but would jump at the chance. Terrence is a very talented actor. His Oscar nomination was not a fluke. His body of work speaks for itself. I can't imagine how hard it would be to get onstage every night & have to do the same thing over & over again. I would call it slave work too. It's probably pretty draining.
