Did you have any success with your search? Unfortunately because of work visa issues earning money in most European countries is going to be really difficult for non-EU citizens. The UK might be a little easier and Germany is very difficult (I taught there 5 years). Working in France seems to be next to impossible for non-French citizens. Some of the newer EU countries will have some better options. If you go into the UK as a volunteer intern you can get permission to earn some money at least...
