I think he is a very talented performer as well. I think he just may be limited in the roles he can play right now. he has that british mega musical voice that is perfect for les miz etc. there just arent that many shows like that anymore. and a buddy of mine is a casting agent who says that he liked josh at an audition, but for a romantic lead, he is way too short (i think the guy is like 5'6.)
