There are a few different laws in play combined with a union contract that regulate childrens hours.  The laws are followed to a t by the production.  When school is not in session the state law allows them to work I believe 9 hrs per day and they must be done by midnight.  Needless to say they can easily get all the performances in.  The state does not have a number of days per week or hours per week provision.  The union contract is a tougher guideline then the stat
