This is so exciting! I saw the show in NJ before the transfer and it was very sweet. Nancy McKeon was amazing and cannot wait to try and catch it here. I may have to go a few times. Gotta catch Toula from My Big Fat Greek Wedding and even Mary Beth Peil. Some of my favorite actresses!The website shows several to be announced and I am trying to determine who they might be. We shall see. I am going to have to juggle this around my city visits.

I have to say. I knew nothing about this play other than it was starring Nancy. I made the drive from LI to the NJ Rep and was pretty impressed. The 90 min flew by and it was a pretty powerful story. It far exceeded my expectations and as I was watching I wondered if it would come to NY. So glad it is. Couldn't wait to share.

I agree with you totally. I think there are better candidates who are equally or more deserving of a theatre that should be considered first. While sad, I don’t think this is appropriate.Hey! What about an amazing plaque at the theatre!?! That would be cool!

Really? Wow! That’s quite interesting. I can say with certainly the uproarious laughter yielded no hurt. I do hope they bring this back. I think they way they did it last night was a win. If it was 2 days I would have absolutely care back for another day.

120%. It was one of the best plays I have ever seen and I am a play guy. Plays are my thing. I was in stitches the entire night. I’d totally go and support it on a regular basis.
