The irony of this show opening up before a Thanksgiving when millions of Americans may not have food on the table is not lost on me. This show couldn’t be more poorly timed given the state of our country. The “Queen” herself was at last night’s show surrounded by her Mar-A-Lago plastics and they strolled around the theater like they owned the place. It sickened me. I’m so thrilled it’s out! This score is amazing! Hopefully now people will get a better understanding of the sheer brilliance of this show beyond what they have seen on the Parade and the online clips of the dance numbers with the kids.
