Sorry for the new thread but couldn't figure out how to reply!!! Calm it guys! I am not a shill... I knew the show officially opened last night and I wanted to see the reviews and stumbled on to this site through Google.... You are right the reviews are not mediocre they were horrible but I still loved the show and wanted to express my opinion!!!

Saw Brooklyn in October and as soon as my husband and I walked out of the show I immediately wanted to buy tickets to see it again and did. I found the show one of the best to hit Broadway in a long time. The cast, sets and costumes all fit the storyline but the highlights were the voices and the music and the highly gifted cast. I have read the mediocre reviews of this show and I simply do not agree with them.
