I went during previews, got there at 9, and I could see the front of the line. how many people this translates into, im not sure. but i think if i;d gotten there at 12, i would still have gotten tickets.

(sorry to suddenly switch topics) I forgot 3-5-0-0 and What a Piece of Work is Man. I always liked 3500, especially during the show. It was so passionate it was scary. I never liked WaPoWiM until I saw the show, because I never understood why it was relevant at that point. It seemed very displaced. But now it is definitely one of my favorites. It's also one of the things I like better about the new recording, how the "how dare they try" is slow and somber.

Personally, I thought the score and the chorus were the worst parts. I had no problems with any other part, and thought Groff was quite sexy. Though maybe that's because I'm 17 and he's not too much older than me.

Well Lincoln didn't actually free the slaves because he didn't want to lose the support of the few key border states that still had slaves. Ahh yes, Where Do I Go? is so completely fantastic, and one of the most relatable moments in the show for me. that's where I am right now, trying to choose a college and a life. Possibly a cliche answer, but it's got to be the very end, The Flesh Failures/Let the Sunshine In. And this is for a few reasons. One, seeing Claude with short hair, in a uniform, after that whole time, is such a weird, misplaced image. And then just singing Let the Sunshine In, it's just exhilarating and scary and fantastic. Dissent is extremely patriotic, because it shows that you're willing to put yourself on the line in order to change the country for the better.
