For those who have been wondering as I have and for those who want to see it, here it is!! Playbill.com hasn't put it up yet so I thought I would. This is what the Grease Playbill looks like as of now.
(This is not the actual photo that will appear later on Playbill.com. It is one that I made with the same Playbill header and the image from a website.)

Why does this remind me of the advertising campaign many years ago for a film Victor Buono starred in. There was a huge picture of the actor (who wasn't all that photogenic) and it was captioned "You mad him a star in 'Baby Jane'".
If I was part of his star-making, then I've regretted it ever since!

"The Playbill cover has been posted already."
Where at? I searched and I couldn't find it.

Posted: 8/6/07 at 1:23pmyeah my aunt who recently saw it got me a playbill. I laughed when she gave it to me because they are milking up that picture, and I think it looks ridiculous. It would look a lot better with just the Grease logo on it.

I always imagined it would look like this (^). Just the logo. Because after Max & Laura leave, will they still be on the cover??
This pic of Max and Laura is WAY better.

Some excerpts from the Playbill if anybody wanted to see them! :)

Posted: 8/6/07 at 1:38pmSorry, slight tangent. What is with Jeb Brown picking all of these critically panned musicals? First Ring of Fire, then High Fidelity, and now this? Jesus, does he want to have a good career? Ok, tangent over.

Posted: 8/6/07 at 1:53pmAre Max and Laura leaving? I thought the show was a limited run.

Posted: 8/6/07 at 1:56pmNo, technically the show's run is open ended. But from what I hear, Laura and Max only have a 28 day contract, lol. So the producers have the right to replace them if they suck. I don't see how that would be a good idea at all to get rid of the two people who are bringing in money for the show, but whatever.

They, along with the rest of the cast, are on a year contract.
At least, that's what they've been led to believe.
