They got rid of the most irritating person on day 1? I gotta find someone else to irritate me now.

What the F__K did Jaclyn Smith do to herself and why?! She was so exquisite last season. I cannot believe that a woman who was so incredibly beautiful felt the need to resort to whatever the hell she did...cheek implants? Jesus Christ.
I agreed with the winner but I was sure one of the Betty Boops would place. They were terrific.
Also, I miss Sally Hershberger.

I'm sure there are other divas that we can complain about later.

I have no idea why they rehired Jaclyn Smith--she has absolutely no personality in this type of host role. So far I'm really liking Daniel and Glenn. *SPOILER* And I'm glad that they got rid of Oshun. Sure, the annoying, over-confident character can be entertaining, but there's a limit, and he quickly crossed it.
Also, can someone explain to me how Charlie was in the Top 3 with that hairstyle? It looked sloppy and wasn't original at all.

Posted: 8/13/08 at 11:41pmLove Daniel and love Nicole the most. Nicole ranks up there with Uli in my Top 10 Favorite Reality TV Females. She seems so warm and stylish and willing to go for ballsy things. Charlie is plain agitating and I hope Dee sticks around.

Posted: 8/13/08 at 11:55pmI watched it tonight with Mrs. Brd. Wednesday is her Project/Shear night. I thought overall the cuts were horrible. The blonde who cut the lesbian mother's hair was horrible. The guy who was kicked off deserved it, that dog cut was the worst!

Nicole reminds me of Rachel Dratch when she smiles!
I think Charlie and Dee are the best stylists.

Posted: 8/14/08 at 12:02amI adore this show. I don't do reality contest shows normally. There was a marathon and I am hooked!

Posted: 8/14/08 at 1:03pmI would have to agree that Charlie and Dee are the best hairstylist there. I would have to say Charlie takes it for me though! His stuff is always amazing...

I LOVE this show. It is so much more entertaining than Project Runway this season.
I'm rooting for Nicole. I actually really liked how she did Dee's mom's hair. I have a feeling though that either she or Daniel will be eliminated this coming episode. Charlie and Dee seem like shoo-ins.
Charlie is quite possibly the bitchiest man I've ever seen on TV.

OK, so I spent most of my day watching the season one marathon of Shear Genius today, and it was GREAT. I never had any interest in the show before. The last three were just a bunch of super nice, modest people. My favorite was Ben. That guy has the best personality ever. I went nuts when I saw that ninja outfit.
This season is more entertaining though. They worked out the kinks from last season, and things flow better now. I am so damn psyched Nicole is in the top three.
One more thing. That Jaclyn Smith is perfection. She either has an amazing stylist, or amazing taste. She is the most beautiful 60 year old woman I have ever seen.

Posted: 8/22/08 at 9:48amDaniel was my favorite personality, but he was not the best stylist...Dee would be my pick...but I'm afraid it'll be Charlie in the end.

Charlie is the worst person but the best talent, ala Christian Soriano.
Daniel was my favorite contestant personality wise, too.
