Most companies that consistently pay their employees a decent wage and provide a comfortable, safe working environment aren't going to get unionized. Why is that so difficult for people to understand?

I am against most unions ... and this comparison is totally obnoxious.

And who says they are most admired. I have thought of going to work their before .. and quite frankly i love google products but i am not 100% for their development model and have resisted interviewing for that reason (that and it'd be a pay cut)
