How quickly should I expect a reimbursement for my Xanadu ticket? I assume it goes directly on the credit card bill?
I have no clue - but out of curiosity, why would you get a refund?
I think there was a performance that was cancelled this weekend. Maybe that's why?
Thanks Em. I looked below and saw the thread of techincal issues. It all makes sense now.

Should be 3-5 business days...closer to 3.
TDF is very quick with their refunds, normally.
Yankeefan- I just got an e-mail from TDF about the XANADU cancellation. They refunded it automatic. (see portion of my e-mail )

does that include your svc fee? tdf used to be notoriously unbending on them.

Jaystarr, in doing the math in my head it looks like the refund included the TDF handling charge. Is that correct?
Now.. that you mentioned it.. I checked my e-mail Files on TDF. The tix is $32.50 + $3.00 service fee or handling fee = $35.50 (total)
So I guess .. TDF did not REFUND my $3.00 service fee!

Oh, sorry, didn't know what you'd paid.

I guess ..youre right again...I never really notice that weekdays - $29.50 and weekends -$32.50.. (on Broadway shows) though I rarely see shows on weekdays. I always watch it either Saturday matinee or Sunday matinee.
I guess.. I am fast becoming a matinee lady ! huh?

Good news and bad news. First the bad: just got an official cancellation notice from TDF for a pair of tickets I had for tonight.
And now the good: they refunded my whole purchase, $3 handling fee included!
