Thanks so much for your support, Valentina! I edited the thread title just for you. :)
And...we've got footage! Special thanks to Mr. Nowack for designing the logo on the program sheet and Dark Matter Productions for enabling me to perform. Heaven knows I auditioned for three things this month and was cast in NONE of them...
Bit of a different project going on this month...I've opened a shop on RedBubble! It isn't 100% ready yet, but my theme is fun pop culture sketches (including theatre!) that you can slap on your postcards, cell phones, etc.
Every purchase brings me a little closer to my dream of producing my original plays. So come on down to "Cio-Cio's" and thanks, as always, for your support. Link
I am thrilled to be part of 54 SINGS SUGAR, a concert of the old Styne/Merrill musical that promises to be a "spoonful" of delights! In case you're not familiar with the show, it is an adaptation of the classic film SOME LIKE IT HOT. But don't just come for me...come for Lesli Margherita, Tony Sheldon, Neva Small, Jim Brochu, and more special guests!
Get tickets here! Also, if you plan on attending, be sure to let me know so we can say hi afterward.
SAVE THE DATE! Are any of our BWW New Yorkers willing to visit Staten Island, the "forgotten borough?" I hope so, because we've got a very special event coming up.
On December 3rd at 2pm in the Jacques Marchais Tibetan Museum, I'll be reading the role of the Mother in Sarah Ruhl's THE OLDEST BOY as a benefit for the Tibet Fund! This will be the first time the play (originally produced by LCT and directed by Rebecca Taichman) is seen in the NYC area outside of Manhattan.
The more we get the word out, the more good we can do in these rough times!
