Has anyone seen Bridget Everett new show Rock Bottom at Joes Pub yet? Have a ticket for the 23rd, curious how its turned out.

You'll certainly love the show. I loved her at Ars Nova and she's great here at Joe's Pub. The audience participation involving the whipped cream, some fun/raunchy sing-a-longs, and where she stands up on the ledge against the wall singing I Don't Give a F*ck are simply hilarious. She dons quite a few outfits as well. Also some more emotional/poignant moments too. Very fun 95 minute show.

We only had one drink each and split an appetizer. They never came around to ask if we wanted a second drink.

I believe I read on the Public site that there's no food or drink minimum for this show.

I think you are right Macnyc. But it's Joe's Pub with the "(type of wine that the site will not let me post, starts with a CHAR and ends with a NAY) drinking" Bridget Everette, had to have at least one. LOL

I would always choose to have a drink anyway at Joe's Pub. Anything to help with the Public's bottom line!

I don't think so. It's at Joe's Pub, I don't think they do rush and it was a full house last night.

it's only $25 if you are a member, and you get a discount on your food at Joe's Pub. I joined this year because we are seeing this and 3 other shows. Already saved my membership with the tickets costs and dinners we have had at the Library.

if you buy in advance with a student i.d at the box office it is 25$
