Its selling VERY well, so it wouldn't surprise me if the answer is no.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

There sure is!  Mail1 works until the end of September.  Enjoy!

Curious about drop-off after reviews.

Having seen it in Chicago, I can’t argue with the algorithm. The show’s  just not that good. Word of mouth will catch up  to that before too long.

I feel like it appeals, though, to tourists who might not be in touch with word of mouth. $17M is a lot to recoup, though.

I cannot for the life of me, get the allure of this show in 2018. Sweet cream, I don't get it one small bit. A hooker sells her bones, and gets snatched up by a john who saves her and promises to do right by her. You ain't wanna see it oh? #MeToo

A lover of theater for decades. Teacher by day. Family man by night. See more theater than most, oftentimes a hesitant plus one.

The first of my six show NYC visit.  Had a fun time and my date really loved it.  Close to capacity crowd with two ass h*les directly in front of us in the mezzanine.  Sharing a sippy cup of booze and chatting over the songs thru part of act one.  Brought a screeching halt to that when I spoke up over them and asked them to pipe down.  They did.  All was fine from then on.  And they were nodding off during act two.  "Don't eff with me fellas!  I've been to the rodeo."

Love me some Andy and Orfeh cuz we have a history since they played pre-Broadway in San Francisco with Legally Blonde and my nephew-in-law was Andy's dresser for Rocky and Groundhog Day.  Met them on stage at the Nederlander post-performance and had a photo op and received signed programs.  They are just as sweet and talented in person as on stage.

All in all, a fun evening.  Opera scene was the highlight.

Andy Karl and Orfeh, post-performance.
