I’m trying to buy a ticket for A Christmas Carol on Telechargeoffers.com, using the Playbill discount code. I got as far as selecting the date I want and the seat I want. But when I tap on the seat on the seating chart, nothing comes up in the “My selection” window, and when I tap on “Buy”, it tells me that I have to select a seat first. I buy tickets on Telecharge’s website all the time, and I’m not doing anything different from what I always do, so I think the problem is with the website, not me. Is anyone else having the same problem?
As an experiment, I have tried other dates, other shows, and the regular Telecharge website, and the same thing happens.
Just to make the experience more frustrating, I called Telecharge and spoke to a rep. After I had given her the date, the seat number, my name, address, telephone number, and email address (but not my credit card information), the call got cut off. I give up for now. I’ll try again later and hope Telecharge has fixed their website.
