Posted: 1/3/05 at 1:04pmThe most recent CHARITY I saw was Valerie Wright. She was INCREDIBLE! Although Verdon was a GODDESS as Charity, Valerie's performance was just as good, although different. Kudos to Christina Applegate for taking on such a great role! i am sure she will bring her own take on Charity!

Posted: 1/3/05 at 1:25pmActually, Carol Channing couldn't make it to the Sweet Charity concert, so Whoopi Goldberg played the Good Fairy. And Robert Goulet played Vittorio, Orbach didn't turn up either, sadly.
