So, everyone check out the RENT site:

They've added a bunch of new stuff including wallpapers, poster shots of each individual character, etc.
AND the promise of lots of fun stuff coming soon...including clips of the movie

i know. i just wrote a similar sentiment on another thread. they're going to have to keep this up until nov. I hope they realize that!

Uh yeah. What had me squealing was under Videos, there was a link that said CLIPS. They're coming soon.

I wonder though, if the reason they did so much this week was to make people happy with SOMETHING after the announced that the release date would not be 11/11 for everywhere. Good stuff hiding the bad, ya know?

Well...I'm sure this stuff was planned already...but I suppose it could be the other way around. They may have known for a few weeks now that the release date would be pushed out. Maybe they waited until there was publicity to announce it.

(so i'm pretty much agreeing with you, in the opposite order :) )

I, as a RENThead, feel so loved!! :-P We're getting so many treats. I loved the little clip that they showed on the Today show of Anthony talking to Adam in that red zip-up sweater thing. Even if it had a voiceover to it, it was still cool. I can't wait to see the movie clips that they are saying will be posted on the site! I am one happy fangirl!

Just FYI, I didn't noticed this a couple days ago, but they have a nice collection of clips. Both character montage and song clips. (Nothing new, we all seen them before) on the website. Finally, the last missing link to their website!

~ i really think they should start moving alot of that stuff from the blogs and put them in their appropriate sections on the site.
~ i clicked on videos and i get "videos coming soon", but when you go the blogs there are a ton of them there.
~ in the wallpapers section they have only one design available but if you go to the August 2005 blog archive they have all the seperate character wallpapers, icons, etc.

Ditto. They are not very organized. It took this long for those up at sonypictures to finally post these clips. A real rent website would have been the first to show 'em off. (I hated movies.com and their annoying car ad between clips!)
