I do agree with number 14.

And as for that picture above, I will never find it attractive when hot hairy guys wax and shave leaving that unnatural smooth "line" around their body hair. It looks so damn weird.

Jordan, it's a difficult question - and one I can speak to as a very hairy guy (and one that, frankly, not a small number of people have considered hot). It's frankly nice to have one's back and shoulders smooth, or relatively smooth, especially in the summer (not that I'm against hair on a guy anywhere, FAR FROM IT; I'm speaking as a matter of personal comfort). I think it's just a matter of shaping so it doesn't look like a very abrupt shift, as in the picture. This guy's hair is very dark and thick and I agree with you that the blunt transition to completely smooth where chest meets shoulders/arms isn't working.
