Like any sane person, I've been thrilled for the election result breather (being fully aware it hasn't been officially certified) but considering what's gone down in the two weeks since, we cannot take a political nap either come 2021. I've said for a while that's it was hardly ever HIM that scared me, it was who he surrounded himself with. There's a balance to be had in terms of being politically experienced and not being so at all...his total lack of it has allowed him to be lead by those who are, and who are dangerous at that. But someone with experience AND is dangerous can more easily subvert every norm without the right dissenters in place. Ergo, vote like your life depends on it in 2022 as well. Because 2024 can easily get ugly too.

Like I said....don't underestimate his base who'll be out for blood if he does try to run again in 2024, or ANYWHERE else again.

Oh I'm so with you, believe me. Now that the orange has finally seemed to give up this charade even if it isn't a public concession, I feel like we can all take a little nap for a sec. It's been an insane 4 years and I actually might be looking forward more to January 20 than Christmas. I've never wanted to skip Christmas and rush to January before, but in this case, I want to rush ahead just so we can get through to January with as little damage as possible.
