After seeing clips of "Echo" I am sorry I didn't see it when it was here. The last big top show of theirs I saw was "Kurios...". I really enjoyed it visually.Having worked for them on the "Dralion" tour and seen a number of their shows It kind of feels like a lot of the acrobatics are recycled but they always seem to find a way to still make them look great in the different productions. I saw a matinee of "Evita". I wanted to see Lupone but had to do a matinee. If memory serves me correctly, the rear orchestra seats were usually at TKTS because the Mezz overhang cut off the top part of the video screen they used. That's how I saw the show. The seats were fine. I remember seeing everything onstage and didn't mind at all not seeing the top part of the screen.

The same seat I had Left, Mid Mezz Row B on the aisle during previews for "Sweeney Tood" is 60 bucks more for "Warriors" and I suspect it may go up after opening, especially if there is a demand for tickets.

My first comment above was after I did a sampling of the recording. I am currently listening to it through and oh boy, this is wonderful. I have it playing through 4 speakers in my home and it just sounds so good. The clear and crisp sound, especially with the dialogue and vocals, is amazing. The mix is really well done and I am hearing so much, vocally and musically, in the forefront that I didn't on the original recording. Did a search and a reditt and NY Theater Guide post came up saying the tour modified run time is an hour and 40 minutes with no intermission. It says that on Broadway it ran for 2 hours and 10 minutes with a fifteen intermission included. If this is correct then it seems 20 minutes has been shaved off. (I think I calculated that correctly!)

I went with a group bus trip from PA to see the show. We had our tickets way in advance and were very excited. They announced Jennifer's final performance before we went and it turned out to be the day before we saw the show. (I want to say her final performance was on a Friday night as I think we saw a Saturday matinee) We were crushed. I still enjoyed the show. I can't remember now who played the role.

LOVING that electric guitar that comes in near the end of "The Phantom of the Opera". I don't listen to the cast recording often but did see the show for a third time in 2022. This recording will have me listening to it, most likely, for the next week or so on repeat.
