I have a major craving for an Iced Grande Decaf Soy Light-Ice No Whip Toffee Nut Latte right now, and I can't get to bed until I get that stuff in my system.
Are there any 24 Hour Starbucks stores in Manhattan?

Not the five within walking distance of my apartment.
this is probably completely unhelpful, but the Starbucks right across the street (north side of 60th @ Bway) from the Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle is open 24 hours. (I just called them to double-check.)
Wow. Good to know. Thanks, Jaily.
Well, if you get *supremely* desperate, it's only 10 or 15 mins. on the 1 train to your Latte Happiness

I've been curious. WBAF, did you end up going to get your Starbucks fix?
I ended up just falling asleep without it.
Now I'm going to head out and get myself a non-decaf one to help wake up instead!
the one in times square at like 43 is 24hours i think.
The one on 67th and Columbus is open 24h.
oh m'gay stars, you're right! I totally forgot about that one.

making coffee at home is really empowering.
Yeah, but I drink espresso, not just coffee.
And an espresso maker that makes espresso as good as Starbucks is ridiculously expensive.
Plus, I don't have room for a coffeemaker or espresso maker in my apartment.
So Starbucks it is.
Who's up for a late night java?

I could definitely use some. I have a long night of papering ahead of me. Darn finals week. ::grumble::
Aren't there any downtown? The Village needs late-night caffeine too, and I'm never going to go above 14th for it.

You can get a Krups Allegro for about 50 bucks. Not that expensive for espresso.
Now, if you want crazy fancy stuff, you can get a top of the line espresso machine for about 600 or so.
Or I could spend $2.17 a day and have my espresso seductively served up by adorable barista boy Chris.

you make a compelling point, foster. all is forgiven.
I prefer buying coffee at Fairway. But I do love starbucks mints.
The vanilla sugar free are the best and also a rip off.
$2.00 for tiny mints.
LOL@touchmeinthemorning...
Oh, honey. $600 will get you a lovely espresso machine, but definitely nowhere NEAR top of the line...
the Jura Z6, $3,659
jaily when is our next date!
End threadjack.
So CoCo, I take it that Starbucks isn't going to become your new living room? Even with those comfy sofa's and that flattering mood lighting? What if the mints were thirty percent off during happy hour?
Jaily, I'm pretty sure the Starbucks express taste no where as amazing as the ones that that machine makes.
