American hostages in Iran were released.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

My mother was just finding out she was pregnant...with me.

I met one of the hostages after his release.

I lived in DC then - it was very interesting (in a sick, demoralizing kind of way) to see the political maneuvering that occurred around this issue.

I left DC soon afterward - some things you just KNOW you're not cut out for!
