Will it get nominated as usual do you think? Does it have a hope of winning any nostalgic gongs in September for its final season?

Series, Baldwin, and Fey are locks for nominations. If I had one wish it would be for Krakowski to be nominated and win.

"You travel alone because other people are only there to remind you how much that hook hurts that we all bit down on. Wait for that one day we can bite free and get back out there in space where we belong, sail back over water, over skies, into space, the hook finally out of our mouths and we wander back out there in space spawning to other planets never to return hurrah to earth and we'll look back and can't even see these lives here anymore. Only the taste of blood to remind us we ever existed. The earth is small. We're gone. We're dead. We're safe." -John Guare, Landscape of the Body

I definitely think since it was a previous winner, it seems poised to re-take it from Modern Family. I think Baldwin, Writing, and Series are locks with Fey (who I think may just try to sway voters over to Amy Poehler since she won it already) and hopefully Jane Krakowski finally getting Emmy love.

Would love Fey and Baldwin to win acting awards again... I would say Baldwin has a good chance, the lead actor race doesn't seem to be that strong anymore... The lead actress category on the other hand is bursting with talent, so Fey would do well to be nominated-perhaps she'll win for writing instead?

I don't think Fey is a sure winner for Actress, but I think her chances this year are the strongest they've been since she won in 2008. It could be Dunham's year, though.

Baldwin, I agree, is a lock to win.

Krakowski is a sort-of always-the-bridesmaid (three nominations with no win) but she was given really good material this season, and she could take it away from Bowen, who hasn't been given the best to work with so far this season. I would love for her to finally win--she deserves it for giving a performance that's only gotten better and more layered with each passing season.

As for it taking series-- I would love that. This season is the best in years, and of course there's the nostalgia vote now that it's gone. That said, Modern Family has been really good this season (better than last season by a mile) and Girls is likely to be in play as well. We'll see how it shakes out.

I'd say we're looking at
Comedy series - MF
Lead actor - Baldwin
Lead actress - Dunham (she won the Globe, I think it's inevitable in spite of Fey's final season)
Supporting actor - O'Neill
Supporting actress - Bowen

O'Neill and Vergara may win because it seems to be 'their season,' although I think the Emmys are surprisingly quirky in that regard - they don't really seem to give sympathy awards, they really try to honor the best performances, as we've seen with surprise wins like Louis-Dreyfus for Veep and the repeats of Stonestreet and Bowen, all last year.

Everyone thought Jim Parsons was a lock for lead actor but Jon Cryer took it home because he simply had the best episode. O'Neill and Vergara were tipped to win for supporting slots, but again the two that won had the funniest performances submitted.

Bowen is a tough candidate to beat, however, she really is the core of MF, and I wouldn't be surprised if she took home a third consecutive Emmy for Claire Dunphy... Vergara is weak, and she really plays a archetypal 'caricature' as opposed to a multi-layered complex character like Claire. O'Neill has a shot at winning because his portrayal of Jay is also quite multifaceted - he's vulnerable, tough, loving, insecure all at the same time...

But Fey deserves to win for the final season of 30 Rock just to honor Liz Lemon one final time. But Steve Carrell failed to win the gong for his last season of The Office. But then Kelsey Grammer won another Emmy for his final Frasier season as did SJ Parker and Megan Mullally for their respective shows.
