Only 45-46% favor impeaching Bush--but that's UP from 42% in March.

Based on 1,100 completed telephone interviews among a random sample of adults nationwide July 3-5, 2007. The theoretical margin of error is plus or minus 3 percentage points, 95% of the time. Of the total sample, 933 interviews were completed among registered voters.

Posted: 7/6/07 at 3:55pmI agree with mejust, but I did send an e-mail to Nancy Pelosi saying how disappointed I'd be if the present situation isn't dealt with (re: Bush/Cheney).

The problem with your view of politics, chulo, is that it's static. Real politics is always moving, always evolving, always BREATHING.
Real politics in influencing the conversation. When the conversation shifts, change occurs.
The conversation is shifting, but you're stuck criticizing Congress for what it's been, not what it's BECOMING.

Chulo is not alone. Not by a long shot.

Mike Stark: Respectfully, that’s not the question. Respectfully, the question is whether or not the Constitution is worth it.
Speaker Pelosi: Well, yeah, the Constitution is worth it if you can succeed.

“We haven’t done enough,” said Mr. Reid, a onetime moderate who has evolved into one of the party’s most fervent critics of the war.

Posted: 7/8/07 at 9:53amLOL HDT. PalJoey isn't working on "that Cheney impeachment thing" - he's started a thread citing statistics. He didn't say he's written to Congress, is lobbying, is marching or anything. He's simply citing a new poll. Are we to assume, based on your comment here, that every time you post, you are "working" something?

Craig I don't assume that about HD and I don't assume that now you've become PJ's PR man.

#13Impeaching is too good for him- Tar & Feathers!!!
Posted: 7/8/07 at 7:33pmAbsolutely Sue. I do find an interesting double standard that the tabloid papers are "reporting" that Laura has moved out because George is drinking again and slept with Condoleeza. Funny how the so called "liberal media" felt it necessary to invesitigate similar absurd reports out of the Clinton White House but not this one.
