Wow, her extensions and turns are amazing. But I do agree that she's not really dancing. I just realized that this Hall of Fame Dance Challenge is in the city I live in and that I dance in that auditorium every year. Yet I had no idea about this competition that is there every year... I am extremely oblivious.

A day I don't dance is a day I don't live.

It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story... AGATHA CHRISTIE, Life magazine, May 14, 1956

Wow! Way to lower my self-esteem. And even if that's not "dancing," per se, I'm going to assume that even that would kick my ass. I wonder if she's a brat?

I've seen this video about a million times and it never ceases to amaze me... yeah, it's all tricks, but you don't start REALLY dancing until you're older anyway.

I did a summer program a couple years ago and I danced with a girl who was ten years old. She had naturally perfect turnout and could do triple pirouettes on both sides EN POINTE. (I can rarely pull off a triple to the right en pointe and I'm almost seventeen!) And she was TOTALLY strong... ahhh, it was crazy.

"Sawyer, you're going out a youngster, but you've got to come back a star!"
