A Christmas Wish

There is no reason why anyone needs to own a semi automatic rifle.If you are a gun collector, you can own one less a firing pin. If you need the "thrill" of shooting one, go to a firing range. As a bonus, use Crazy Wayne as a target. Only police on duty or the military should have access to these. Add to this, a background check (especially at gun shows) for anyone wanting to purchase a firearm for protection or need such as transporting jewels or money.It will never completely end gun deaths but would put a serious dent in them. If it saved one life, it would be worth it.
