Beav - Sueleen has an entire collection of icons that have interesting effects. This one is used specifically because at one point, people thought a picture of NYU looked like that drag queen - it was a pretty funny episode

I gotta tell ya Sueleen--Amanda walks through my 'hood, sans make-up, in sweats, face hidden behind a baseball cap. It's just not pleasant on a sunny morning.
