DYING to see this flick!!
Viggo + Cronenberg = Me wanna go!

"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” ~ Muhammad Ali

I am beside myself also. Have been since I first saw the trailer.

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

It's been getting mixed reaction, but I'm excited to see it. It's nice to see the Lord of the Rings cast members going on to even more acclaim (like Viggo, Elijah, and Dominic have).

Well I have loved Viggo since The Passion Of Darkly Noon, he can do no wrong.

It's opening in only one theater?

I saw it in Toronto and loved it. You know where's it's going much of the time, but the journey is great!

Viggo and Maria Bello were excellent, and I especially loved William Hurt in a small role.

It opened on 2 screens at the Loews opposite Lincoln Center in Manhattan today, ahead of a wide release next week. I saw it at thr 10pm screening, it was PACKED of course. I liked it, I didn't love it. I can't quite put my finger on what was off for me, but it wasn't quite the sum of its parts. But then, a Cronenberg film that is slightly off target is a lot better than most of the movies I've seen of late.

It's funny, over time, I seem to like it the more I think about it vs. when I had just come out of it, though I was really pumped by William Hurt's little turn in it. My initial reaction was it made the movie for me.
Either way I enjoyed it very much overall.

I had the exact opposite reaction. I found myself wondering, after this and The Village, exactly when William Hurt became such an atrocious actor.

Viggo = hubba hubba!

"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen." Conan O'Brien
