In all honesty - I don't know. I have always assumed it was once a day but that never stopped me from going back and hitting that button at different times during the day. I've always had that site bookmarked and I get a reminder notice every morning in my email with the link highlighted. Doing that makes is super-simple to remember to do.

(And you're right about the time. I just remember one time posting this request and somebody came back and said they looked and looked and couldn't find the pink button!)
