cjr - just one little modification to your post - there are indeed some who have used this board as a means of introduction and have gone on to 'real' personal interaction. I am aware that many here (and elsewhere in the cyber world) choose only to exist within these boundaries. However, it would be a mistake to assume that everyone does that, and also to believe that the interactions and emotions created here don't have ramifications in people's real lives.
(Sometimes even more!) In this case, Jose' is someone that I've met offline as well as naturally on, and to the best of my knowledge hasn't removed anything that I wouldn't have removed myself.
