I can't believe these idiots are selling the photos. I mean, they were involved in the crash too, regardless of whether or not they were in cars themselves. 30 people surrounding your car taking pictures while you're trying to drive is definitely more dangerous and distracting than a cell phone, but there are laws against that.

The8re phan, police have determined that the van driver was at fault in the crash, not Lindsay.

Look at the shot of the 20 guys around the car - that would make anyone antsy and nervous - I mean she's buying socks and she comes out to mayhem....It's a miracle it ain't her fault and I think that's beacuse the girl is a NY Driver (Merrick, LI) Baby!!

From that one photo, it does look like the red van was in the wrong. And the photo of all those people around her car made me claustrophobic. I had a momentary feeling of self-pity for her.

Maybe she should start eating meals every day to improve her driving. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are the foundations of a good day!

..and this is JUST Lindsay Lohan - I mean this is not Madonna - this is not Brad Pitt - This is not Julia Roberts....

and there are 25 men surrounding the car....and she has no protection at all..

Pity is a good word..

I used to think that people like Kurt Cobain were big cry babies - I mean - they MADE the demo - they got the recording contract - They obviously WANTED to make it - so shut up and deal with what comes with it!!

I have since changed my mind! No one should live like this!

She was in an accident...plowed into a van and then ran off to hide or shop? She's SHOPPING IN THE STORE!

I feel nothing for her, and she needs to pay for the blood stained chair.

She ran off into the antique story to call her dad or mom - or whichever...

She even left drops of blood on a white chair she sat in. Then she went outside again.

Remember, after the crash and after she got out, she was probably swarmed by paparazzi - running into the store to call someone for help was probably her only option.

She still left the scene of an accident without bothering to check to see if the guy was ok.
And note to self, if doing 30mph in a Benz causes that much damage, I'm not getting one, ever.

She's shopping on Robertson Blvd. The place where store owners call paparazzi to tell them so-and-so is shopping in their store (so they'll get to be in INstyle saying so and so shops there) and where it's a known paparazzi hangout.
Not that it makes it right, but if a celebrity is that worried about security (which is rarely the case you shop on Robertson to be photographed) bring a bodyguard.
